One shop becomes two. No staircase, no lift, new wall and CAT ladder. Not the most glamorous of completion photos, but all works complete on time and budget.

Made a return here this week to make some final tweaks to the external fire pit and lounge fire place. Some great engineering and design from one of our contractors.
Scaffold is now up and we are well on with the repairs to the Sash window. Phase 1 includes work on the original part of the build which is grade II listed. Let’s just say the they are need of some TLC.
Following to concrete casing of the oil pipe line, the sewerage treatment plant has now been installed and we are now on with new access road.
Staircase and goods lift removed and dividing wall now going up to create two shop units. One has already been let, with the new tenant moving in next week.
Acoustic screen and housing almanac complete.
Just a week and a half, and the kitchen is looking a lot different. Although we can still smell the smoke, you can’t see much of it.
Following a kitchen fire, we are pleased to be awarded the contract at the Freemasons. As well as the kitchen, we will also be providing internal alterations and cosmetic works to the interior to give the whole place a fresh new look. Starts on site next week.
New contract starting next week. Conversion of one large shop into 2 separate units involving the removal of a lift and main staircase to the first floor.
All going to plan so far at The Punchbowl. New roof is now on along with the acoustic enclosure and new extraction.
