Not great weather for external repairs and decorations. 2 weeks of this and a quick 8 day turn around for inside with a new bar, flooring and a full re-decoration.

Atrocious weather, but out of the ground in some areas. Over 500 tonne of earth out of the ground. Lovely view though.

February is looking pretty hectic. With four sites handing over in January we are looking to start 6 more in February as well as continue with the larger projects currently on site. After three weeks we are out of the ground on the extension to the Oyster Catcher. Still lots to do, but glad to get the foundations in. Not a bad view either.
Only a week in and lots already done on this challenging refurbishment and extension with external deck areas looking over the beach.
Some great progress to create 7 en-suite letting rooms at the Barn Owl with some challenges on the drainage due to the buildings listed status, but we are getting there.
Back for a 6 week check at the Warren following completion in November and it looks great following a really busy festive period.
We find each site looks at its best once the bar is fully stocked and the tables laid for Christmas parties. The Freemason is no different and is always nice to go back a few weeks after handover.
Successful handover, and a great achievement in just 8 days. Lots of hours and hard work. Unfortunately the weather on handover day spoilt the external photos.
