Construction

All construction works from building new extensions and external buildings in timber or steel frame to forming new structural openings, constructing new floors and internal partition walls in brick, block or studwork. We also undertake all ground works, service runs and hard landscaping finishes.

Refurbishment

All client refurbishment requirements are undertaken to existing properties that includes remodelling of layout, restoration, repairs & alterations and decorations. Providing all trade skills for a complete service to refurbish to a high standard whilst meeting all current building standards and regulations.

Commercial Management

From initial site survey, briefing and quotation by our quantity surveyors to on-site supervision and management through project work. Liaising with clients, designers and other contractors involved to co-ordinate the work, manage any variations and maintain accurate ongoing accounts and job costs.

Predominantly specialising in Public House refurbishments for many different companies such as Punch Taverns PLC, Hall & Woodhouse, Young’s Brewery, Greene King, St. Austell Brewery and Park Holidays UK. Blacknoll Limited pride themselves in delivering top quality projects in tight timescales, and on budget.

We are able to take on all types of commercial work and have all aspects of the building trade available through our workforce, including: general building, external works and extensive refurbishment works.

Our clients have seen us to be flexible, efficient and helpful whilst adhering to strict project timescales. Although we are always looking to expand our client base, we rate our achievements on gaining client trust and invitations for further works. Currently employing over 15 people, many of whom have over 20 years experience in all aspects of the building trade, we also have access to a range of specialist contractors with whom we have developed a long and stable working relationship.

Blacknoll Limited invest time and money into training our workforce and also support the local community with sponsorship at AFC Bournemouth, Dorchester Town FC, Puddletown RFC and other local community events and fundraisers.
